Shipping Sierra Babies charges a flat $8 shipping and handling fee, anywhere in the US. For International Orders, please contact us for a price quote. We regularly run free shipping sales, so check back often.
Sierra Babies cannot be held responsible for lost packages. If you would like to insure your package, please go to the services page and choose the appropriate amount of insurance. We provide tracking on every package, free of charge. We cannot be held responsible for any packages once they are scanned into the United States Postal Service system (we ship FOB).
We are also not in control of the promptness of shipments that are direct from Happy Heinys, though these generally go out very quickly.
Returns All unused, unwashed items may be returned, if received back to our office within 30 days of your purchase, for a full refund of the product price. If you are currently expecting, please email me your due date at the time of your order and your 30 day window will start on your due date instead of your purchase date. If after using a product, you believe you got a "lemon" (if your product shows unexpected damage from normal use) please contact me and I will work with you to remedy the situation.
Waiver/Release Your purchase from Sierra Babies carries the implicit agreement that you will not hold Sierra Babies responsible for any accident or injury that results from using any of our products. I care deeply that your family remains safe, so please visit Snappi's website to read their safety information, and be aware of the integrity of any products with beads or snaps, and discontinue use if you find anything loose.
Availability If a product you would like to special order is out of stock at the supplier, I will give you a $1 off coupon, as well as several options to remedy the situation. In most cases, these options will be to wait for the product to become available with a given time estimate, to order a different size or print instead, or to have that product removed from your order and your money for it refunded.
At times, a particular print of diaper will be listed, but will be unavailable. In the rare case that that happens and you order and pay for it, I will let you know as soon as possible and offer to remedy the situation. Usually, the options are to refund for that diaper only or substitute a different print in its place. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
